Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

You have the right to change your mind!
We believe you are going to love your Rivanli Drying solution. However, if you have changed your mind prior to opening your package, or found a problem with your rack, please read ahead to learn about our return and refund policy and process.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return your package within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have changed your mind, and wish to cancel your order, or received a damaged product and need an exchange, you will need to ship your item back to us within 30 days of the day of purchase. Returned packages which will be postmarked after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return process, please e-mail us at customer_service@rivanli.com, mention your full name, order number, and tell us what is the reason you are wishing to return your product.
We will review your request, and instruct you further within 3 business days.
Final refund approval or rejection notice will be sent to you after we will receive and inspect your returned product.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are laughable for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is shipped back to us by the costumer more than 30 days after original purchasing date.

RIVANLI will not issue a refund for damaged products due to manufacture error, but will offer an exchange instead.  If you have encountered with any manufacturing defect in your drying rack, please contact us at  customer_service@rivanli.com, and provide photos of the damaged, proof of purchase, and any detail that you think is relevant. Please remember, your product comes with a 1-Year warranty. Any claims for product defects received after the warranty period has expired, will be rejected automatically.  

 

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be deduced from your refund. 


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  customer_service@rivanli.com.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
